Audience Member magnificent, avec la musique en fin Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member cOMO SIEMPRE HAY TONTAS Q SE DEJAN LLEVAR Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member What starts as a simple coming of age story between two very different French schoolgirls - mousey and timid Delphine, and extroverted and moody Olivia - ends up as cautionary tale of the highest order on what not do for love. Having been drawn into Olivia's world of clubs and boys, Delphine finds herself irresistibly drawn to Laurent, a disaffected young slacker who dreams of flying to Jamaica with his friend, Alain. Laurent comes up with a horrible idea to finance the trip that involves the girls - you can guess the rest. Set in Grenoble, and supposedly based on a true story, the film keeps your interest mainly through the fine work of the young performers, particularly that of Maud Forget as Delphine. However, Delphine's motivation is somewhat difficult to understand - it's hard to believe that anyone could be so trusting or stupid.
