It's often difficult to tell what's bad on purpose or just badly handled. The cargo shorts and fanny pack? Purposely funny. The slack pacing? Probably not.

Okay, this is not an Oscar contender, but at times it made me laugh and at other times made me cheer-on "Bad Ass" as he tries to solve a crime. Yes, the script can be brutally written at times and unrealistic to a fault, but I'm not expecting to remember the words and just enjoy the premise of an old man taking care of business in his neighborhood. I enjoyed the neighbor kid's banter with Frank, and the surprise cameos in other scenes. If you have nothing to watch and want some brainless entertainment, I can recommend this movie.

This movie absolutely SUCKED. Trejo is so fucking ugly it is tough to watch him. I feel bad for the poor actress that had to kiss him. Stupid movie. The fucking guy didn't change his clothes the whole movie. And what's with that stupid fanny pack? All that ahole did was walk around like he was carrying watermelons. Fucking turd.
