In the dark horror film BAGMAN, a family finds themselves ensnared in a nightmare as they are hunted by a malevolent, mythical creature. For centuries and across cultures, parents have warned their children of the legendary Bagman, who snatches innocent children and stuffs them into his vile, rotting bag--never to be seen again. Patrick McKee (Sam Claflin) narrowly escaped such an encounter as a boy, which left him with lasting scars throughout his adulthood. Now, Patrick's childhood tormentor has returned, threatening the safety of his wife Karina (Antonia Thomas) and son Jake (Caréll Vincent Rhoden).

[Bagman is] a film that works because of its simplicity, that skillfully builds tension and that, in a genre saturated with repetitive formulas, manages to stand out just enough to not go unnoticed. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

This horror movie is competently made, but it's also deadly dull, as if on autopilot, gathering up a collection of clichés and laying them out in a predictable order. Go to Full Review

Angela 10/01/2024 Good directing with a poorly told story, could’ve been executed better maybe with more time See more Donna C 09/30/2024 This movie was just ok. Nothing special. I could take it or leave it. It kept my attention a tad bit, but it was not what I expected. When it was over, I was like,Is this it? Was overall just a weird movie in my opinion. The little boy was sweet and I didnt mind the parents acting. They just did some stupid stuff when it came to parenting. See more Color 09/28/2024 Awesome movie, very suspenseful!
