David Nusair Reel Film Reviews ...there eventually does reach a point at which Scott's performance, ingratiating as it is, simply proves unable to compensate for the film's myriad of deficiencies. Rated: 2/4 May 3, 2009 Full Review Urban Cinefile Critics Urban Cinefile A tad too obvious for my liking but then it's a Sean William Scott movie -- so obviously it's obvious. But as a tennis redemption movie (not too many of them around) it stands out for a sense of gruff fun. Apr 9, 2009 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member I found it to be hilarious. I enjoyed the story, and it had me laughing out loud all throughout the film. Definitely a perfect raunchy comedy. Some parts were over the top but it's still a great movie. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Trashy comedy. Bad story and bad jokes. Don't bother. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member I DONT KNOW WHY IS FUNNY BUT IS REALLY FUNNY Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member I watched this with my tennis team on a spring break trip. It was very enjoyable to see some laughs by SWS, but overall it almost made fun of the sport too much. I enjoyed it while I was there, but nothing to revisit Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a silly comedy and delivers as intended. If you play tennis or know anything about tennis, you will appreciate the humor even more. For a movie that went straight to DVD, I think it is great. Seann William Scott is classic in his Stiffler-like character. Randy Quaid is great, but has a small part. I highly recommend having a few cocktails or whatever before/while watching. It helps to enhance this raunchy comedy Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Obviously not to be taken seriously. It's a comedy for goodness sake. Sit back and laugh, but if you aren't willing to deal with crude humor then it is certainly not for you (don't even think about watching). As a tennis player I liked it a lot because there aren't ANY movies about tennis. It to me is the tennis version of Caddyshack. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Read all reviews
