It presents the question of why no one was really interested in this serial killer who admitted to 23 kills. See more 07/04/2017 This doesn't even deserve one star. It's the slowest moving documentary (or any movie) that I've ever seen. And they should have subtitles for 1/2 of the participants because you can't understand a word that they're saying.
