Audience Member This episode of Prism Video's Romance Theatre is set, according to host Louis Jordan, in "one of the most romantic settings on Earth" - the Bayou region of Louisiana (really?). A woman comes to Louisiana to sell her inheritance while some gypsys who are squatting on her land attempt to take advantage of the situation. Premature declarations of love, voodoo spells, and a tough choice between two gentleman callers await future Designing Women star Annie Potts. Here a New York heiress assumes a Bayou plantation complete with Gypsy inhabitants. Family secrets are uncovered and love is set aflame against a backdrop that our host Louis Jourdan insists as one the most romantic setting on Earth--although I never thought of the Louisiana Bayou that way and this is noticeably not filmed there anyway.
