Rough in every way. No 🌶️, no consistency, no plot. Just awful. I usually like bad rom coms, but this was just… bad. It’s disappointing because I liked the first one a lot! What a waste of money.

Beautiful Wedding is a sequel to the fun rom-com Beautiful Disaster that follows Abby and Travis after a crazy night in Vegas, they find out they're married and go on a honeymoon to Mexico. Now as the first movie had charm, chemistry, and some great storytelling, this movie loses all of that. Beautiful Wedding gets rid of everything that was great about Beautiful Disaster and tries to barely focus on making a comedy and the story is as much in shambles as the newlyweds are. This script and concept is so bad that I would not be surprised if it was actually written by AI with the scenes and where the plot takes the story and from what I read, this movie completely abandons what happens in the books. Dylan Sprouse and Virginia Gardner do have a bit of chemistry but I can feel the lack of effort throughout this movie as if it's like they know how bad this movie was going to be because in the first movie the chemistry was definitely there but then with their performances in this movie, you can just tell they wanted to get the movie over with. I mean I did have a couple laughs and I do enjoy these two actors together but this movie is a disaster that isn't beautiful and is definitely a disappointment as someone who saw the potential in the first movie for a new movie series. Beautiful Wedding gets a D+.
