      What to know

      Critics Consensus

Though it may earns some chuckles from pre-teens, this kid-friendly Adam Sandler comedy is uneven, poorly paced, and lacks the requisite whimsy to truly work. Read critic reviews

Wow Adam Sander, what a good way to ruin a children film with your lame antics. Bedtime Stories was a terrible film that gave disney a bad name. This movie proves how terrible Adam Sandler is as a comedian and a film producer. He can be slightly funny and a good actor anytime, but this movie fails to deliver anything good. The only thing that was funny was that ringtone, but that is about it.

The movie's premise is more interesting than the movie itself. It's a bit too kid friendly to be classed as a family movie and essentialy its another unfunny Adam Sandler flick.

Gosh no, the film is absolutely a waste of time to watch, non of the characters were likeable not to mention the performance of Russel Brand aka Stoned English Prick. The story was so obnoxious and superficial, I almost threw my popcorn at the screen. Adam Sandler can't make Children oriented films, it just doesn't work. Nothing is original, it's so dull and compromising, it's intolerable. The CGI is only ok in the film, kinda disappointed.
