This film has a bunch of faults and takes more than its fair share of missteps. But it also displays nearly as many memorable moments of pure unbridled creativity, sequences of bedeviling bravado that forced me to sit up straight.

The narrative just grinds on unpleasantly but artlessly -- except for those computer-generated nasties. They deserve to be in a better film, one that doesn't rely so heavily on them to work, and then doesn't work anyway.

Horrible.... The acting and script are he worst I've seen. When the monster al.ost kills the blondes bf, and she says "are you ok?"...he relies "I'm ok, and you?" Like they just .et on the street. Then, she hangs over a cliff that she can EASILY climb up from. Just a horrible movie. OH...the .monster never makes it out of the mountain...so....it never kills anyone or anything

The scriptwrites of such movies must be about 12 years old. WHY else would scientist-characters always scream with each other when explaining stuff? Only people without higher education would write dialogues this way.

Overall, it saddens me to say it; I found this a disappointing horror film. With poorly written characters and unnatural dialogue, Behemoth has many scenes that feel pointless and are highly forgettable and slow-paced. Sure, the film delivers some moments of horror which are creative and pleasing, but everything else feels like it got left behind and sacrificed.
