Demented N Brilliant movie that acutely used real wrestlers. (Not all the cast) just a road trip about lady wrestlers trying to make it big but not getting the brake they need, mid life crises kick in too as some of the women are getting on, a steller cast who a lot went on to big things except the main star, Mildred Burke was the trainer in the movie spurised they did not get the Fabulous Moolah but the plot would have to be very different if the girls got into her camp! Vice Dark side of the ring done a documentary on her it was brilliant Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/06/23 Full Review jonathan m Nice little independent film about ladies wrestling with one or two that went on to Bigger stardom. Sadly Regina didn't do an awful lot of acting she was a great actress but she always got typecast as a dumb redhead. A lot of the actress that played the wrestler parts where actually real female wrestlers how about that. I'm pretty sure the original script had the Fabulous moolah instead of Mildred Burke. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member A great unglamorous look at pro wrestling. Up there with BLOOD AND GUTS. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member A waitress decides to become a professional wrestler. Yep, it's as dumb as it sounds, but it's quite entertaining on an ironic level. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member If John Waters directed a movie about women's pro-wrestling, this would have been it. What the hell ever happened to K.C. Townsend? Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Better then you might think. But there is a lot of sub par music to make up for the lack of dialog Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
