This is a must-see for anyone that enjoys a good period drama. The blending of fact and fiction in 1929 Germany is wonderfully done. I have to admit that the show unpacks a lot of information to the viewer in the first four episodes, however, it is well worth the time and effort to watch.

This is a fascinating and ENDLESS series about Berlin between WW I and WW II. It's beautifully filmed, though quite violent. It's good to learn about this time historically, as its accuracy, I don't know; it's 16 segments long. There is a lot of nudity and even pornography, which might offend American, more Puritanical audiences. I believe it originated in Germany and European audiences are much more tolerant of sex.
