Synopsis
Frank Wusharsky, a police officer in Chicago, tries to convince his brother Marty not to join the force. Marty doesn't listen, and one night he is mysteriously murdered. Frank finds out that the man who killed Marty is connected to the Polish mob, so he travels to Poland to track down the killer. There, he discovers the hit man is involved in an organ transplant conspiracy run by an evil surgeon.
