Sean L. McCarthy Decider Unless you already enjoy and look forward to new episodes of Real Time, this hour won’t make you feel any better about how the Baby Boomers won’t give up their hold on power or shut up about how things have changed. Apr 18, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Kel M Realist. Common sense historian/comic/ but does he resonate with hating cult followers? Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/24 Full Review Gary E A complete waste of time. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/03/24 Full Review donnie m i HATE him, he's not funny, he's a smart ass and is beyond IGNORANT Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 12/07/23 Full Review Greg R Meh. This guy is just too cynical. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 08/04/23 Full Review G T Self-centered, self congratulatory, unfunny, uninformed bitter old man gripes for a long time to try to make himself and those his age feel better about themselves compared to the younger generations. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/11/22 Full Review Justin C I'm a big fan of Bill's and avid listener of his podcast and show - so I'm a little biased. The issue here is I got 2/3rd's of the way through this special without laughing once... maybe a little chuckle here or there. It wasn't that the material wasn't true or funny, it was just something about the delivery. Then my GF walked through the room and said "How can you stand him, he's so CONDESCENDING." and it clicked - that's what it is - it's not funny because in this special particularly (dunno if it's the suit and $500 glasses or what) but he comes across as utterly condescending. He throws in a lot of self-effacing comments to try and negate it, but from moment one of him making fun of the guy wearing a mask it's downhill from there. 3.5 because I largely agree with the material and love Bill, -1.5 because if he's gonna be relatable to the youth he's got to adjust his presentation.
