Jimmy Jr L @RT29347221 3d The horror and suspense truly come alive in the latter half of the movie. The plot, where the alien invasion begins in Earth's atmosphere along a commercial airplane's flight path, is both unexpected and refreshing, making for a tense and thrilling experience. However, the supporting cast leaves much to be desired. In particular, the flight attendants' performances feel stiff and unconvincing, with several scenes coming across as cringeworthy rather than immersive. The ending delivers an excellent plot twist that elevates the film even further. Still, one question remains: what happened to the evidence that was thrown out of the airplane? It feels like an important loose end that could be explored in a follow-up story. I'm genuinely hoping the filmmakers continue the story with a sequel. See more Jake D. @WhiteBoy 5d I loved everything about this. Very unexpected. I hope this catches on and they can get a sequel or multiple made. This should be getting the budget of Disclosure Day. They did a lot better with a lot less. The acting was good. There are a few side characters and lines that aren’t always great but doesn’t take anything away from the whole and honestly better than I expected. Good pace never dragged at all. Held my attention the entire time and the unexpected ending was very clever. If you can see past the obvious constraints of a low budget movie it’s an excellent thrilling fun story. Didn’t need a massive budget or excess cgi because the story and actors delivered it perfectly. The creepy soundtrack and tense build up took me back to the 80’s and 90’s. The director wisely backed off on the special effects in favor of creating an element of fear. Story was pretty interesting. Great job. See more Nique H @NiquenotDom Jul 19 I was very pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this movie so much. Unpredictable, compelling, and exciting. I did take a star off because 1. The actor who played the main character, outspoken young adult female, and the little girl were good, but most of the other characters weren’t great actors. 2. The flight attendants who had a lot of airtime couldn’t really move their faces much. They obviously had work done and it was distracting hearing them say words that indicate they’re in distress without any emotion conveyed in their face. See more Read all reviews
