I remember going to my local Video Ezy Outlet during my childhood and hiring this among other Van Damme movies and not remembering much from this. Rewatched it as an adult and still unmemorable. Atrociously boring.

They packaged this movie on the same disc as Lionheart which was a prickish thing to do. A good palette cleanser after watching any other second rate film. This will enhance your appreciation of skillfully executed mediocrity. The film has nice enough cinematography to function as a sleep aid and just enough action to wake you up after finally achieving R.E.M. sleep.
