Black Noise does not explain too much about the evil noise, which is actually to the film’s credit, and it does feature a nicely ambiguous ending. But there is not much else to appreciate.... Despite its potential, Black Noise is underwhelming.

Terrible, they could've done so much more with it. Nothing really happens until the end and then there is no development with the story, nothing is explained, it just leaves you hanging with a hundred questions. The whole thing could be a ten minute opening for a good movie...

Once I saw the screenplay was by Sean Michael Argo, this movie went into My List. He’s definitely coming into his own as a writer. If you want to get the full experience, check out his “Necromancer” and “Extinction Fleet” books. Bottom line, I could recommend this movie for no other reason than SMA’s involvement. Grab some popcorn, melt into your couch, chill and enjoy this movie for what it is. There’s a lot of good work here, and a lot of promise, too.

I was expecting more from this, especially from the size of budget. The story doesn’t develop much, and it continues at a slow pace. The characters aren’t given any depth, the actors are doing their best with the script, but it didn’t pull me into the story. Quite underwhelming.
