They have one son, the bankrupt businessmen Antoine who is married to Catherine with two children, and two daughters, the painter Alice and the doctor Annabelle. When Alice is arrested, Det. Jacques de Parentis releases her and destroys the evidence. They begin a love affair since Jacques’ marriage to Valérie has finished. But when his mother dies, Jacques learns that he has a stepbrother, who has inherited a great number of paintings. He looks for the man, and soon family secrets are discovered. "Quelque chose à te dire" is a great French drama about family secrets and entwined lives. The screenplay is excellent and the acting is top-notch.
