      Audience Member Five blind men orchestrate a daring heist of $15 million of US Treasury funds in Manila targeted for the fight against the spread of communism in SE Asia. A brilliant premise and first half of planning and execution unfortunately cannot keep pace in the second half. Fred Williamson, for his part, does not have to make even so much as a wardrobe change for his appearance in the final scenes. Truly a global effort with scenes filmed across the world.
