After the murders in 1986, Camp Trustfall was closed down and remained closed for 8 years. In 1994, a new owner reopens the camp as Camp Red Horizon and the camp's first year is a success. After the kids are all sent home, the counselors prepare to close the camp down for the season when counselors being to go missing. Ms. Crowell is convinced Devilface is back. Determined to stop another camp tragedy, Ms. Crowell seeks out help to stop Devilface and end it once and for all.
