Jon W I stumbled across this movie on a subscription channel, and after reading the description, and the positive reviews on here, I settled down with great anticipation to enjoy. What a disappointment. Terrible acting, cringe worthy dialogue, and a plot that a seven year old could have dreamed up. How can professional critics honestly rain praise on this garbage? Drawn-out excessively with drivel dialogue that leads to a small sequence of bafoonery Scooby-doo style action sequence... The first hour and a half is a slog, the final 20 minutes is 95% of the movie... Acting is emotionless and monotone even in what should be life traumatizing events. There is no scoring to this film for the entire length, making every moment that much more stale and emotionless. Everyone, and I mean everyone, puts in their best, and it's a great example of what ensemble acting should look like, with no one out doing the others or scene stealing. You believe these characters live in the Old West in a little town in the middle of nowhere, and that they're determined to find the captives and bring them home. It’s intense, gripping, and paints a vivid picture of the harsh and unforgiving realities of the Wild West. Definitely worth watching if you’re ready for a slower paced but well told story.
