The camera work and editing are both all over the place, from odd close-ups and unnecessary lingering moments to what feels like a misuse of establishing shots as well as transitions.

It's a gore movie. Almost no plot, no explanations, sometimes stupid behaviour from characters. Linnea Quigley is not the main star here (she apears for just a few minutes). I have no idea why it has such high ratings.
