Witchy y2k movie. In my opinion it is a satisfactory film. Evaluating it as a stand-alone and not as a franchise, of course. The movie succeeds in delivering a unique take on an atmospheric horror film. Despite its messy narrative, when the film focuses on the dark aspects of the occult world, it really succeeds. It may not be a perfect film by any means but I can respect it for what it was trying to accomplish. An applause for Erica Leerhsen who marked a decade with her appearances in horror films. And a wink at Kim Director who took a risk in becoming the character we all wanted to be.

I loved this film to death more than I thought. The plot is interesting although their isn't as many scares as the first one but at least it does the first one justice. The plot twist at the end I did not see coming but I loved it.

This movie is impossibly bad. I never thought I would watch a film worse than The Sand, but here we are. Every character in this movie is either boring or insufferable every second they're on screen. This movie isn't even a Blair Witch movie, nothing from the first film comes back except the forest, which by the way, is only in the movie for a couple of minutes. Everything else is either uncreative or just absolutely awful. Every plot point feels forced and unnatural, every actor is either boring at best or unbelievably poorly done at worst. This is my least favorite movie of all time

Esta me agrado un poco mas que la anterior ya que la primera película es aburrida y lenta, pero esta es un poco mas interesante y entretenida. Al menos se toma la libertad de hacer algo distinto que se encuentra entre la realidad y la ficción al centrarse en el furor que ha dejado la película anterior. Claramente el guion no es una obra maestra, pero el contenido es mucho mas claro y directo que lo que se veía en la película anterior. Claro que no es del agrado de muchos, pero al menos el director quiso hacer algo distinto incluyendo criticar la película original. No puedo decir que es una buena película, pero la encuentro mas satisfactoria que su predecesora y por eso la califico con un 7/10.

I love how meta this movie is, pre-dating the concept of "meta" by at least a decade or longer. This movie focuses on a group of fans of the original Blair Witch movie (a fake documentary, but real in this movie) who travel to the very real town of Burkittsville, Maryland to catch a glimpse of the Blair Witch. From there the movie dives into full-on psychological horror, leaving the characters and you the audience member questioning what's real and what's fake. Overall, the movie's cheesy, but fun.
