Liane C Ok movie, interesting perspective, disturbing parts of the movie.Showing a woman being kicked in her pregnant belly multiple times was unnecessary. The way the rape scene was made was disturbing too. This movie only shows one perspective though. It doesn't get into the rational and necessary reasoning behind border and immigration control. The ugliness that goes on at the border is tragic. But the US is not responsible for all of Mexico's problems. They come over here and make English our second language because they don't think that they should have to learn English and now they get priority with employment because they speak Spanish and get priority with food stamps and welfare.White people are the minority now.Im of mixed races.Im not racist.Im just saying it like it is.No other race gets away with that.Mexicans have overrun our country. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Sharon Stone plays an American reporter crossing the US/Mexico border in order to search for her missing brother. "Border Run" pretends to be a hard hitting expose about human trafficking, but it's really just a dumb, boring, revenge thriller. I'm fine with ripped-from-the-headlines topics being dropped into exploitations films (i.e. everything from racial topics in blaxploitation, to serial killer biopics, to biker pictures), and they can even become brilliant in some cases ("M," "Targets," or "Rope"), but this film's main offense is that it wasn't all that interesting either on a story or character level. Stone is too good of an actress to be slumming in garbage like this. Billy Zane on the other hand, with few exceptions, seems to have made a career out of slumming in garbage like this. Overall, there's really no reason to watch this film. If you want a revenge/thriller, there are much better ones out there. If you want a topical film about US/Mexico immigration or about human trafficking, there are much better ones out there as well. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Mouais, ça se regarde, sans plus. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Quite possibly the worst movie I have ever seen. According to this movie, our heroes protecting our border are the bad guys that kill babies crossing the border, and the illegals who circumvent the system are the good guys that deserve a free education on my dime. This movie made me sick. I couldn't make it to the end. Sharon Stone looked horrible too. Get some work done already, lady. You need it. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member good drama about the us/mexico border Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Story line was good in explaining the horrific experience of people coming to America for a better life but Sharon Stone's acting ruined the movie Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Brent McKnight The Last Thing I See A movie that sets out to be a harrowing examination of human trafficking along the US/Mexico border, but that is crushed under the heavy hand of its own message of injustice. Rated: C- Jul 9, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews
