A bodyguard protects a pop superstar and her athlete boyfriend from a determined stalker in 1990s Los Angeles. Pros: Dark comedy stalker/home in asion movie. Samara Weaving is great as always. Really fun performance from Ray Nicholson who chews up every scene he is in. Surprise performance goes out to Alba Baptista who is hilarious. Funny dark humor and surprisingly violent. The third act had me rolling. Cons: Takes a little too long to get going. Nothing really new done here.

I had controlled expectations for this movie. Not overly hyped but still excited to see. This movie captured my interest right out the gate and did a good job maintaining it. It has humor and thrills. Nicholson stole the show but the rest of the cast did great as well. Not a masterpiece but definitely worth the watch and will absolutely watch again and again.

This movie was such a waste of my time. The plot wasn’t compelling whatsoever, the characters’ motivations made no sense, and it just felt so stupid. Don’t watch it, there were literally zero redeeming moments here.
