We are lucky to have been given this glimpse into the tradition of lambic brewing and blending as it stands today. Bottle Conditioned shares multiple lambic breweries' arcs through past, present and into the future. We take in the unique dramas of each producer, with their arrangements of family, partnership and vision. Lambic and gueuze are truly mysterious beers that when they arrive most gorgeous, their satisfaction stands resolute, matchless and not soon forgotten.
