If this was just a silly romantic comedy, it would be completely forgettable, but the story has some meat on its bones, and the the performances by Hepburn and Peppard make this a movie worth watching, at least once, just to see why it is so famous.

Finally finished watching breakfast at Tiffany’s and I might need to visit haters corner but I was not the biggest fan of this one, Audrey Hepburn ooozes beauty and charm from the moment she pops up on screen she has a presence that is undeniable and she could have called me “Darling” anytime of the week…but boy was this a snooze fest, I felt no chemistry between Hepburn and peppard it has its moments when it wants to be charming which I can appreciate but how they made me feel for “Cat” instead of the romantic side of the movie more I will never understand & when I thought we were wrapping things up we still had and another hr left, also I’m 2 hrs in, why haven’t we had breakfast yet??!!
