Dissatisfied with the state of contemporary board games, three impoverished friends (Gordon Clapp, Bruce Pirrie, Malcolm Stewart) resolve to make up their own. The trio repeatedly get together over beers to hash out their ideas, and eventually come up with the concept for Trivial Pursuit.
