Wendy Ide Observer (UK) It's not wholly original, but Burn Burn Burn is nicely acted and emotionally authentic. Button shows real promise as a director. Rated: 3/5 Oct 30, 2016 Full Review Kate Muir Times (UK) A promising first feature from Chanya Button -- there's nothing harder than generating a few laughs. Rated: 3/5 Oct 27, 2016 Full Review Peter Bradshaw Guardian This confident, relaxed British feature debut by director Chanya Button and screenwriter Charlie Covell is a sort of millennials' mashup of Laughter in Paradise and Last Orders. Rated: 3/5 Oct 27, 2016 Full Review Emily Maskell Screen Queens While Burn, Burn, Burn may not be a perfect road-trip movie, it does achieve a dry humour that is well executed with its lead women. Oct 7, 2019 Full Review Amie Simon Three Imaginary Girls ... you don't even have time to realize you've moved from laughing so hard you're crying at the beginning to crying so hard you're laughing at the end. Mar 2, 2019 Full Review Jessica Baxter Hammer to Nail The icing on the cake is the breathtaking cinematography of Carlos De Carvalho. Aug 7, 2017 Full Review Read all reviews

isla s This film was a little slow to build plot wise at first but it became quite poignant towards the end and I liked it more. The cast are ok and as a british road trip type film it's certainly ok. Perhaps not the most gripping film but there are some quirky and amusing moments and some darker ones...not an entirely bad watch, with a bit of a feel of Sightseers perhaps (though not as good as that film), its an ok watch. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member The premise was very creative and drives the story in an entertaining way. I cared a lot about the characters and really wanted to know them better. Thought-provoking and fun. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Though it follows a familiar path, Burn Burn Burn's strong performances and razor-sharp script make it better than most. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Original plot line, hilarious and heartwarming. Great British actors. Definitely worth a watch! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Fantastic film. Beautifully realistic depiction of 21st century friendship. Second half was truly film making at it's most powerful and emotive. Brought down only by a pointless few scenes in Glastonbury that felt as though they were only included because Julian Rhind-Tutt had been secured for a cameo. If you make it through those nauseatingly cliched scenes you will be rewarded. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member It's enjoyable and funny, but also emotional, great performances and action. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
