See more 12/22/2011 ★ (out of four) From the producers of "Police Academy" comes this insulting stinker starring Robert Carradine, Malcolm McDowell, and Michael Winslow. Set up by his colleagues, Carradine plays a man who while in jail sets up an investment business called Con Inc with other criminals. Not a funny moment in the film.
