      What to Know

      Critics Consensus

Bye Bye, Love is well-meaning in its examination of divorce, but a lack of authenticity or laughs will have audiences asking for an amicable split.

Audience Member Not really a "comedy" per se, but it does have a few funny moments, once you meet the three divorced dads (Reiser, Modine & Quaid) and get to know them a bit better. Otherwise, it's a fairly bland family-drama, centered around McDonalds (I'm sure covering most of the film's budget!). Quaid taking over the radio show & Garofalo on the date are funny, but the rest is just average. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Another romantic comedy about divorces and single life. This one is not interesting and the dialogue is chatty. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Divorced life sucks as proven by three friends who meet at McDonald's and reminisce about the good days and talk about life in this dramedy.
