Dennis Harvey Variety A sloppy chiller about tourists falling prey to an online stalker in Bangkok that clumsily mixes slasher, sexploitation and supernatural elements. Aug 22, 2014 Full Review Daniel M. Gold New York Times Somehow "Cam2Cam," directed by Joel Soisson, falls spectacularly short for the genres it hopes to pander in: slasher pic, soft-core, travelogue. Aug 21, 2014 Full Review David Ehrlich The Dissolve Its supposedly percipient musings on modern love clash with the unshakeable feeling that the film feels like a relic unearthed from a high-school hard drive. Rated: 1.5/5.0 Aug 21, 2014 Full Review Ard Vijn ScreenAnarchy In the end, the crummy dialogue, the naive approach to technology, and the squandering of its many opportunities become too obvious to be overlooked. Jan 11, 2020 Full Review Nicholas Bell IONCINEMA.com The only thing horrifying in Joel Soisson's techno born thriller Cam2Cam is the awful grammatical chatroom communication utilized by its sublimely half-witted characters. Audience Member Indeed that is really bad on every level. Directing, acting and even cinematography are not able to take anything good from the exotic settings thanks to a badly written and interpreted script. Nothing to see on cam2cam that is kind of a shame. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member An abhorrent excuse for a thriller and a very incoherent plot. Where it tries to build tension, it pitifully falls to an almost laughable derailment of substance. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member I did not see this movie but I liked the poster. 6 stars Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Started out great, but certainly didn't last. A creepy beginning quickly turned in to a muddled story that made no sense and provided few, if any, scares. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member What was this garbage? Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member another contender for worst movie ever Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
