After the cataclysmic events in New York with his fellow Avengers, Steve Rogers, aka Captain America (Chris Evans), lives in the nation's capital as he tries to adjust to modern times. A political thriller inside of the MCU that is done amazingly! Has some of the best action and hand to hand combat in the entire Marvel Universe and very intriguing writing. The Winter Soldier is a top 10 marvel villain and is a standout everytime he is on screen and you are glued to your seat the entire time. Sam Wilson is a great addition and shines in his debut role. Overall nothing really glaringly wrong with the movie. 9.1/10
