I could have liked to see a bit more comedy to balance the emotional weight. A pesar de estar en Netflix y no en cines. Esta película que tiene pasos de comedia se gana tu corazón. El perro debería llevarse un Oscar a la actuación. No recuerdo otro film donde un animal tenga ese nivel actoral. La verdad que en este film está TODO bien. Las actuaciones. El Arte. El Sonido. La Foto. La Dirección. La Producción. Un film increíble que te hace llorar, amar, reir y querer más de lo que ya querés a tus mascotas. Cuando terminé de ver la peli, fui a besar a mis mascotas. Pero detrás del amor y la comedia se esconde un drama. Es fuerte, pero tratado con la sutileza de titiritero impecable. Amé esta peli. Caramelo es una de mis pelis preferidas desde que la vi. It started really strong. But do expect a ton of clichés and all the typical plot points that come with these types of movies. There are also a few plot points and characters that disappear and go nowhere. And the ending was a bit emotionally manipulative. I know that all films are and that's what makes them entertainment What i'm saying is that the movie could ended a few minutes before the actual ending and it would have been perfect. Al principio parecía una película chistosa y ya, pero una vez te presentan el principal conflicto de la trama, la película toma un giro a la emotividad. De verdad, es muy emotiva, con momentos que podrían hacer llorar a cualquiera. Definitivamente la recomiendo, pues es increíble como trata tal tema serio y muestra la crueldad de este, pero a su vez nos enseña que si no hay futuro, pues vive el presente!
