The clichés accumulate halfway through the movie, revealing the script's lack of ingenuity. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

Sandquist has amazing settings, perfect spaces to stage the most effective horror, but fails to give substance to this cookbook, and executes it with apathy and withholding the spark that makes films memorable. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

There is no special reason to run like mad to watch Carousel, but there isn't a reason either why it can't be enjoyed like a ginger palate cleanser before returning to the usual North American fare. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

The film is unsuccessful when it comes to showing a visceral slasher or when it tries building a villain, which ends up being an amalgamation of things already seen in the horror genre. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

Jan 18 Is this a great work of fine cinema that will leave you speechless and lost in thought? No. It's a teen slasher flick... but it's an enjoyable movie if you take it for what it is. The cinematography makes Liseberg look like a sprawling, expansive park, and the timing on several of the deaths is wicked good. Omar makes his character actually seem relateable, despite the horrible things he did, and Wilma's always leaves you guessing. See more Read all reviews
