Audience Member This classic québécois film won a number of awards in its day. Quite avant-garde for the early 60s. Contains quite a few scenes of 1960s Montreal. Rated 4/5 Stars •  Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Le Chat Dans le Sac is Godardian in execution. Very similar to Breathless in style as well and in the protagonists views towards the world. Groulx's characters are less distant the Godard's, however, which makes them more and less fascinating at the same time. Overall a beautifully lyrical film with a discontent undercurrent that is sure to hold your attention.
