Namrata Joshi Outlook A hugely watchable film that disappoints nonetheless. Rated: 2/4 Jan 3, 2019 Full Review Nell Minow Common Sense Media Excellent account of FBI's youngest Most Wanted. Amber M Spielberg being Spielberg, he's surrounded himself with the best that money can buy, from the superb cast to the characteristically superb score by John Williams, and the result is his most purely enjoyable film in ages. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/03/25 Full Review Aidan F. Phenomenal movie, great acting by Leo and Hanks. The cat and mouse game mixed with comedic storytelling is very well done. I love this movie and the story is incredible. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/28/25 Full Review Daniel S This movie is one of Spielberg’s lighter but most entertaining films.. a stylish mix of charm, humor, and drama. Leonardo DiCaprio shines as Frank Abagnale Jr., pulling off the role of the audacious con man with effortless charisma, while Tom Hanks brings warmth and grit as the determined FBI agent on his trail. Their dynamic is both tense and surprisingly endearing. The vibrant 1960s setting adds a colorful, almost magical atmosphere that makes the story even more captivating. While the film glosses over some of the darker moral implications of Abagnale’s crimes, it embraces its role as escapist fun rather than a stern cautionary tale. The result is a witty, engaging, and highly enjoyable ride.. not Spielberg’s grandest masterpiece, but undeniably a great film. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/23/25 Full Review Mohamed R A complete masterpiece throughout the ages Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/13/25 Full Review Gareth v Catch Me If You Can is a slick, stylish, and surprisingly poignant cat-and-mouse story, elevated by Steven Spielberg’s light touch and two charismatic lead performances. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/06/25 Full Review Alana M Spielberg beautifully creates the culture of the 1950s nuclear family shattered and the American Dream soured.
