Caitlyn Downs ScaredSheepless.com Overall, Cellphone is promising, if confused and hints at a promising future for first-time feature director Luke Sommer and writer Rachel Sommer if those excesses are able to work in greater harmony. Rated: 2.5/5 Mar 17, 2024 Full Review Abbie Bernstein Assignment X Eerie but uneven supernatural horror. Rated: B- Feb 26, 2024 Full Review Nathaniel Muir Morbidly Beautiful A noble attempt at being something more than just another formulaic horror movie that ends up falling just short. The script has a tendency to wander, undermining the emotion and the scares that have been effectively done. Rated: 3/5 Feb 16, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

inta k What kinda of bs was this?! Story just makes no sense. Acting terrible. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/25 Full Review Harlowe & G Chris’s monologues are way too long and they made me cringe way too hard. Additionally, he’s always around and repeatedly ignores Wynne’s boundaries. Honestly, he might be the creepiest part of this film. While Jackson’s character seems to have been the intended comic relief, Pynn’s performance was the only thing that had me chuckling to myself. Honestly, if the notification sound for the looking-into-the-future was less “spooky” sounding, I could’ve taken it slightly more seriously. The concept wasn’t terrible. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/15/25 Full Review Abdulaziz A I feel so bad for the actors and directors of this movie This movie is so boring and half of it is just filler There’s no true horror there’s no jump scares The story is not that interesting I really don’t recommend it worst hour of my life And I’m terribly sorry for the actors Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/26/25 Full Review Kyle M The premonition gimmick doesn’t tend to go well if not executed with coherent verification, and this film merely scrambles as it thickens nonsensically to the careless point, thus instantly draining its premise aside the rare spooks and Justin Malik Jackson’s freestyle as the only enjoyment before succumbing in the blend. (C-) Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/30/24 Full Review Audience Member It definitely wasn’t without its suspenseful moments, but overall it just couldn’t pull it together. Add in the ludicrous acting of the main protagonist (I genuinely laughed at some scenes), and the super thin plot, and it’s just bad. Not the worst by a long shot, but definitely bad. I think the concept itself could have had something really good done with it in capable hands, and with better actors. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 09/12/24 Full Review Sheri P It's such a terrible movie. The plot is so thin and makes no sense. Honestly, I don't know what the point was. I cannot believe Malcolm McDowell had to appear in such junk. Avoid wasting your time. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/28/24 Full Review Read all reviews
