Reviews 38% Popcornmeter 250+ Ratings
After a long night of strenuous work, wealthy businessman Tom (Ekin Cheng) drives his team of four dedicated employees home. His car weaves in and out of traffic and -- across multiple stops -- slowly empties, until only two passengers remain, Tom and Pearl (Karena Lam), a soft-spoken, intelligent woman. The duo's journey together continues, intercut with flashbacks in reverse of the preceding year, a time of oppressive office politics, almost-kisses and guarded quasi-romance.
