Stuart Heritage Guardian A valiant effort, but a little too yoof by numbers to be taken seriously. Rated: 3/5 Apr 23, 2010 Full Review Tom Seymour Little White Lies Cherrybomb is an unaffected, if disposable, tribute to youthful misadventure. Rated: 3/5 Apr 23, 2010 Full Review Tim Robey Daily Telegraph (UK) This reasonably polished slice of Skins-style youthsploitation makes such a fake and undangerous lurch into pills-and-vandalism melodrama. Rated: 2/5 Apr 22, 2010 Full Review David Edwards Daily Mirror (UK) While it never quite manages to shake off the E4 vibe, it's good to see Grint stretching his wings. Rated: 3/5 Apr 23, 2010 Full Review Ben Rawson-Jones Digital Spy A trio of captivating performances from the young leads and a mesmerising soundtrack cannot drag Cherrybomb out of the creative mire. Rated: 2/5 Apr 22, 2010 Full Review Terry Staunton Radio Times Directors Lisa Barros D'Sa and Glenn Leyburn aim for the sexually charged edginess of television's Skins, but fall back on glib outrage with little time spent examining what makes their characters tick. Timothy T I'll admit I'd never seen his stand up work before, but was a huge fan of his TV show. Approached this special not knowing what to expect. When I laugh so hard I have to wipe my eyes, it's a sign (to me) of a successful gig. Ray Romano is hilarious. Well worth the time, and am glad I did so. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member A group of guys rape a stripper. She goes after them and tries to kill them. They hire a killer to kill her and her brother. This movie was pretty shit. The bad guy was horrible. The acting was bad. Complete 'B' film. Waste of time. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Classic Jules et Jim love triangle and Rebel without a cause remixed in British hipster style. Not irresistible, but Robert Sheenan's wild performance is worth the watch. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Fairly decent Brit teen angst flick. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member anything robert sheehan related i will enjoy. hes one good lookin irishmen Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Designed for audience range of age 17-19, which will certainly limit it's box office, so this is a DVD movie. A rocker that doesn't quite rock. Cute poses, style, good photography, editing, all the elements to make something memorable, but Cherrybomb does not quite make a real movie. More bomb than cherry. Almost successful. Robert Sheehan does the best acting in this film, but it seems like he's in the wrong movie. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Read all reviews
