Synopsis
When her parents (Don Cass, Cheryl White) leave for a few days, a sensitive Texas teen named Anna (Lindsay Broockman) is entrusted with the care of her two brothers, Simon (Bryan Chafin) and Jacob (Paul Conrad). A bit of a loner, Anna is a good student who dreams of moving out of her home town. But, when a teacher assigns her to help out a surly yet likeable new student, James (Brandon Howe), the pair slowly bond as equals and outsiders, after an initial bumpy start.
