Mike Massie Gone With The Twins By far the most interesting character is Plughead, an ex-psychotherapist turned legitimate crook, with metal ports embedded into his skull. Audience Member One of those rare finds that exists int that limbo between the 90's and 80's. The first of it's kind, "Circuitry Man" is an intriguing and funny adventure with original characters that play on the awe people had on technology at the time. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Set in the not too distant toxic future where man has been forced underground. A bodyguard must deliver valuable mind microchips from LA to New York with a synthetic human driver. Somewhat short circuited entertainment. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member One of my favorite 80s retro Sci Fi Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member (***): A fun, enjoyable low-budget sci-fi flick. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member So...the pretty actress is "the tough guy", Druggie, Plug Head is the "big bad", and the Pleasure Android is the actual "Circuitry Man" of the title? This was the beginning of MISLEADING TRAILERS for me. Lame even by made-for-television standards. Wasteland movies that feature too many wasted land shots = BORING. THANK GOD for stuff like TERMINATOR: Salvation! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member It doesn't pretend to be more than it is - a true cult film.
