Wittman and De Larroche would have been better served if they gave Claire a dollop of common sense; allowed her to see through some of the nonsense these experts were spoon-feeding her.

This movie is one-of-a-kind. Clairevoyant truly marks the rise of a star. Sit back and enjoy this wild ride as you laugh and try not to cringe at the antics of anti-hero, Claire. If anyone else played this role, it would topple over to being annoyingly unbearable but Wittman's pathos turns an unlikeable lunatic into a heartfelt and sympathetic character. The offensive jokes are not for shock value, instead, they are permeated with meaning and relatability. It's not easy for films to make me actually genuinely laugh, but this one did. It may also make you shed a tear too, not before wondering "how the hell did this happen?"
