Benjamin H. Smith Decider Clemons' boundless spirit and lust for life is apparent, creating a fleshed out portrait of a man who touched many during his life. Dec 16, 2019 Full Review Dan DeLuca Philadelphia Daily News It portrays Clemons as a seeker attempting to get a grip on himself, and his place in the world. By the end, he believes he's found it in the music. Rated: 2.5/4 Jul 25, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Mediocre, self-indulgent. Not a deep dive into Clarence Clemons' biography, but rather a meditation on his personality. They don't even tell us how he died. And the endless background music [mixed loud] is excruciatingly cheesy New Age piano music. No interviews with fellow E Street Band members or The Boss. Joe Walsh and Bill Clinton are interviewed, however. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member i think im about to watch the great Clarence Clemons is what Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Pleasantly surprised. Thought it would be a straightforward biography. Instead it was a wonderful film about spiritual awakening. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Betty I thought it was slow. I would have liked more music. I believe people who are really spiritual don’t talk about it too much Rated 2 out of 5 stars 07/14/19 Full Review Read all reviews
