David Bianculli NPR Just about everyone on stage scored big and provided an original approach. May 15, 2025 Full Review Sean L. McCarthy Decider Samuel Clemens would’ve been proud. I say that because anyone with a lick of humor will be inspired watching O’Brien then or now. May 8, 2025 Full Review Dónal Lynch Sunday Independent (Ireland) The setup is kind of like a roast, but gentler and more nostalgic, with major This is Your Life vibes. Nic S Amidst the uncertainty of a new regime threatening free speech and creativity, this honour celebration represents the unserious-ness, joy and laughs through it all. Conan is one of the greats in comedy through his undeniable quick wit, kindness and doing whatever it takes for the silliest bit, and all the speakers take a note of his playbook to showcase it. Whether that’s Adam Sandler’s kindergarten Sandman V. Conan squabble or Nikki Glassier’s debate with the oh so memorable Interruptor, each of these sets were unique, weird and super fun. It was a great night for comedy and also for hope, where we remember that we can all coalesce for the human good throughout all walks of life. And, that’s pretty freaking cool. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/25/25 Full Review David F Very very funny look at Conan O'Brien's whole career. A well-deserved honour. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/22/25 Full Review Buddy M This was really funny. Not as good as the Adam Sandler one but better than Kevin Hart. The one thing I didn't love were the subtle jabs at Donald Trump. Why make this night about politics? Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/16/25 Full Review Olivia D This was a brilliant gathering of all the best American comedians. From watching American stand-ups in Leidseplein in Amsterdam to Conan's shows in the early 2000s, my appreciation has now reached new levels for American humour, Bravo! 😘😘 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/09/25 Full Review Curtis L This was fantastic. If you're a Conan fan it's a must watch! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/07/25 Full Review Tony M Fun show for a deserving guy. The only one I ended up fast forwarding through was the terribly unfunny Steven Colbert that dragged on too long. Rest was good. Worth a watch.
