william d 10/14/2022 The story is pretty formulaic: taciturn, humorless super cop partners with loquacious, good natured doofus cop to catch a killer loose in the city and much violence ensues. However, the movie is rather well done, Kim Joo-hyuk is an excellent villain, and there are even a few laughs. Despite some preposterous moments here and there it's worth a watch.
