kate t This is a TV type movie. If you can stand the terrible dialogue and writing, you can pass some time if you really need to. The actors do decent work with what they've got to work with: Lots of cliches and nothing new. I believe it may take place in France. It's rather confusing as there is a large mix of French and American accents. Police seem French but large newspaper seems American. It gives it a confusing feel. They do a pretty good job of keeping the killer a secret till the end though you may suspect if you've seen movies before.... ha ha. I love how people get knocked unconscious with concussions with one hit in the face. It happens in movies all the time and never ceases to amaze me that they still use this vaudeville material today.... Not a one star but almost. AKA PERFECT VICTIM.
