Audience Member Dramatisation of the real life affair between Barbara Windsor and Sid James. The actors portraying the Carry On cast nail their mannerisms to a tee especially Samantha Spiro as Barbara Windsor. Pinewood Studios as they were during filming of the Carry Ons is realistically recreated. All in all this is a fantastic production with a wonderful script and is highly recommended to those that enjoy the Carry On films. Provides a fascinating look behind the scenes of the Carry On movies, is brilliantly cast and very enjoyable. Even manages to make Barbara Windsor likeable, right up to the point where the lady herself appears and plays herself in the final scene, which is just irritating. Grr.
