      Critics Consensus

This uninspiring cop thriller doesn't measure up to Chow Yun-Fat's Hong Kong work.

Laurie S It's vely sirry. There's too many flaws to keep me watching longer than 15 minutes. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 11/29/23 Full Review Steve D Unconvincing and unexciting. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review jjjjjj j This movie starts off poorly but gets better over time. There is an interesting idea at the heart of this of which value/relationship is most important to the characters. The film definitely has some... racist parts, and some comments that are just not okay by today's standards. This movie is not completely awful though. I would redirect people away from this movie as there are so many better action, gangster, and just in general other movies to see that choosing this one will likely be a waste of time. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review kevin c Chow Yun Fat and Mark Wahlberg are New York City cops assigned to Chinatown with trying to take down the triads. I liked the combo of these two and the story, while tried and tested, is still quite fun. If you're looking for a movie where the bullet count is absurdly high, this is the movie for you. I'm a sucker for a good crime/cop movie.
