Audience Member I thought this one was ok overall as we see the Sweethearts in action again and 2 young ladies searching for their families Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member I have no complaints. COWGIRLS 'N ANGELS 2: DEKODA'S SUMMER is as good as the first movie. It's also a good Christian/Family Film. I recommend everyone to see it. You won't be disappointed. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Slightly better than the original. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Timothy Armstrong wrote and directed this second Cowgirls 'N Angels movie which It tells the story of one girl's personal journey navigating life after she receives surprising news about her birth 18 years ago. Starring Haley Ramm as Dakota Rose, Keith Carradine as Austin Rose, Emily Bett Rickards as Kristin, Marin Hinkle as Clara, Julie Ann Emery as Annie, Bryan Dechart as Taylor Chase, Spencer Boldman as Bryce, Leslie-Anne Huff as Madison, Glynn Turman as Issac and Kimberly Whalen as Dawn - it had a variety of bad and good actors, following a cliché screenplay without any personality! I haven't watched the first film and I wasn't too excited to see that The Sweethearts of the Rodeo are back! This time their newest trick rider still has a lot to learn about competitive trick riding... and herself, too. So, we are introduced speedily into the story of Dakota, a cowgirl and trick rider who finds out at the age of 17 that she was adopted. While visiting her grandfather, a rodeo legend, Dakota discovers the truth about her adoption and she wants to meet her birth parents... If you like uneventful but sweet movies, Christian approved, with not much happening except for the horse lovers, with no risks taken in any of the filming steps, and a film which teaches you "responsibility", give it a go... Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member An easy going movie with some emotions between the characters .The actress playing Dakota is not very impressive but still watchable. You would like it if if you like cowgirls. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

James Plath Family Home Theater Aimed mostly at girls ages six through 16. But the acting is solid, the trick riding captivating, and the situation interesting enough to where it might appeal to the whole family.
