Lisa T Nov 16 Ryan Paevey is good as the dad, and did the best he could with what he had to work with. The kid is cute. Do not care for Janel Parrish, she plays the same petulant childish character she does in everything I've seen her in. Not a good movie, not good acting, not even a good story. I found the full duration of this 2021 flick to be a rather dull affair, the story is as predictable as they come and the characters/actors don't do anything to stand out. I didn't personally find much warmth or onscreen chemistry from leads Janel Parrish and Ryan Paevey, or from anyone else in this for that matter.
